Who we are
Our website address is: https://nextdayvideos.com. Though we operate mostly remote and online, we are out of Jacksonville, Florida.
In order to edit videos or use artwork that is sent to us by clients, we often receive source footage, videos and artwork from our clients over the Internet. We store this content in secure, on-premises drives that cannot be accessed through any cloud service.
We usually retain these files from clients in case they later need them edited again but at anytime a client may request we send them all video edited project files, 3D models and scene files, and whatever else they fully purchased. If, upon request, a client asks us to destroy any copies or source footage, we will do that as soon as possible.
We will also return any physical copies and media at the expense of the client at anytime.
