What these terms cover

These terms cover digital products you buy and pay for on this site, currently the Program Blueprint. Guided Launch, Build & Train and custom video production are quoted separately, and the written quote or agreement for that work sets its terms.

What you are buying

The Program Blueprint is a written plan for a student-run livestream and production program, built from the answers you give in our questionnaire. It opens on this site as soon as your payment completes.

The Blueprint is only as accurate as the answers it is built from. Equipment prices and availability, district rules and platform policies change, so confirm them before you buy equipment or commit to a date. It is planning guidance, not legal, accessibility-compliance or network security advice: confirm captioning obligations and network approvals with your district.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by PayPal, which may offer PayPal, Venmo, Pay Later or a debit or credit card. Your card and bank details go to PayPal, never to us.

Your access link

After you pay, we email a private link to the address PayPal gives us for your payment. The link opens your Blueprint on any device. Anyone with it can open the Blueprint, so share it only with your school team. If you lose it, contact us from the email you paid with and we will resend it.

If a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, the link stops working.

Credit toward an in-person package

The price of your Blueprint is credited toward Guided Launch or Build & Train if your school books either one within one year of buying the Blueprint.

Using the Blueprint

The Blueprint is for use by your school or district. Please do not resell or republish it. Its content remains the property of Next Day Videos.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in effect when you paid apply to that purchase.
