Try before you buy

The Program Blueprint questionnaire gives you a free preview first: the starting point we recommend for your school, your readiness, and what to sort out before you begin. Please use it to decide whether the full Blueprint is right for you.

Sales are final once the Blueprint is open

Your full Blueprint opens as soon as your payment completes, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once it has opened.

When we do refund

We refund in full if:

• you were charged more than once for the same Blueprint, or
• a problem on our side kept your Blueprint from opening and we cannot fix it.

How to ask

Send us a message through our contact form with the email address you paid with and the order number from your receipt. Refunds go back through PayPal to the way you paid. Once a payment is refunded, its access link stops working.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with PayPal or your bank. A dispute or chargeback also turns off access to the Blueprint.

In-person packages and custom work

Guided Launch, Build & Train and custom video production are quoted separately. The written quote or agreement for that work sets its payment and cancellation terms.
